The U.S. Navy arrested my son, James Charles Hart, on January 13, 2021, a mere 7 days after January 6.
 

“Ultimately, the investigation found that Hart voiced his support for the Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol,” the Navy Times published on Aug. 27, 2021.
 

His First, Second and Fourth Amendment rights were and have been grossly violated. He never posted support on social media, nor attended J6.
 

He was court-martialed, made a mockery of, and dishonorably discharged for his conservative beliefs and support of President Trump.
